The Prize Distribution Function of Middle Section was held on Wednesday, 10^th August, 2011 in the Vijay Hall of the school at 7.00pm. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Col. V.N.Ratnakar, Director, Birla Education Trust.  He was duly welcomed by Capt. Alokesh Sen, Principal, Birla Public School.The programme consisted of a One Act Play titled “The Lost Boy”, an Orchestra, a Patriotic Group Song, a Bhajan, a Punjabi Folk Dance “Bhangra” and a programme based on the great people of our country named Architects of Modern India which was appreciated by one all. It was followed by the Prize Distribution Function in which the Chief Guest gave away the certificates and prizes to the children. The General trophy for the session 2010-11 was bagged by Buddha House. The Chief Guest congratulated the winning boys and wished the other students all the best in their future endeavours so that even they could one day be prize winners. He also thanked the students for putting up a brilliant show on the stage. He also thanked the staff members for their efforts in preparing the students to come on to the stage with full confidence. The vote of thanks was proposed by the Headmaster.
