Singapore .
· On
the very first day i.e. 21st Dec’2011 , the team had visited a
school Pan Asian International School, Bangkok and spent the whole day there.
This was very enriching experience for all of us . As a
teacher, I felt that computer literacy rate of the students are better than
ours each and every child has been given a laptop and they do all the
assignments/ Homework with the help of laptops. Every classroom has a
permanent place for the teacher and all the teachers desk are well equipped
with the computer & inter net facilities. This was infact very unique
experience for all of us.
· Neatness
and cleanliness is on the top priority through out Bangkok. Malaysia &
Singapore. The Civic sense is very strong among the people . All throughout
trip and whichever the places we visited , we had a permanent impression that
cleanliness is there in the blood of the people.
· The
Road condition is absolutely excellent and the traffic sense among the people
is also very strong. The most important & striking feature was without traffic
police, things were managed beautifully and systematically. There was no
chaos on the roads as generally happens in our country.
The cultural programme
shown at Rose Garden, at Bangkok, left us spell bound and really it was
thrilling experience for us. Infact it was
really an eye opening show. They demonstrated an entire rural
culture of the Thailand specially Bamboo Dance in the show. They depicted
harvesting season , social gathering on important occassions like wedding,
festivals and other important celebrations.
All
the three countries are promoting tourism as an industry, which fetch a lot
of money for their countries every year.
In Malaysia, the most Eye catching was Malaysian youth council.
Malaysian youth council plays very important role in the
development of the country. We had visited orphanage, TEKAT (Auto Terminal
Training) Asian Culinary Academy and youth programme conducted by Malaysian
Youth council.
This was very rich part of the tour. We learnt that how to deal
with the dropout strength of the country. This youth organization has a
central data of all students who are dropped out at various levels of their
Education . They train such drop out children in different sectors like
Automobile, culinary , Hospital, Constructions etc. and make them efficient
for making useful citizen of the country.
One
of the most exciting and enriching experience of Singapore was “Show at the
Sea Shore”. They organized a theme based show at the sea shore and
approximately Ten thousands of the people witness the show every day. This
shows their richness of the Herman resource. Singapore haven’t have natural
resource but still a developed country. This is only because of proper
utilization of human resource
.
