CANTEEN
-Catering to the needs of the children a canteen is run in the campus area. The canteen provides items like Soft drinks, Ice-Cream & Snacks to the students against the coupons issued to them periodically.
GUESTS The Principal and staff welcome opportunities to meet the parents and guardians. They are allowed to have meals in the School Dining Hall. They are requested to inform their arrival in advance. Guests are expected to abide by school rules.TUCK-SHOP
- The school maintains a bookshop. Students can make an indent of their personal requirements and stationery from this shop. The cost of articles is debited to their personal account. Students are not permitted to buy things from the town without the permission of the Housemasters. Outing are given according to Rules.
TAILORING
- The school has its own tailors who stitch school uniforms at prescribed rates. Parents and guardians are advised to get the uniform of their sons/wards stitched by the school tailors.
MEDICAL CARE
- An M.B.B.S. qualified resident Doctor looks after the health and hygiene of the students. Students who require extra care and treatment are referred to the Birla Sarvajanik Hospital, or to the Eye Hospital for eye ailments. Routine medical checkup of all students is carried out every year. Medical leave is only granted if the school authorities in consultation with RMO feels it so. Parents can not take medical leave on their own.
INFIRMARY
- There are three infirmaries, one in the Junior Section one in the Middle and one in Senior Section, and a separate Isolation ward where children who suffer from any infectious disease are kept quarantined. The school maintains three well-equipped dispensaries under the charge of a Medical Officer and four full time trained nurses. Routine medical checkup is carried out by the medical Officer. Vaccination and inoculation of cholera and typhoid respectively, are compulsorily administered to all students unless they produce a certificate from a qualified and registered medical practitioner that they have already been Inoculated/Vaccinated . Parents/ guardians seeking admission of their sons/ wards will have to fill up a Medical Performa for the information of the school. All students are medically checked up at regular intervals. In case of any sickness, the parents are kept informed.
HORSE RIDING CLUB
The school maintains a stable with 16 horses and has a well qualified riding instructor and syces. Riding is compulsory for all students from classes VI to XII. Every student is required to pass the riding test at the end of the session. A number of students achieve very high proficiency in term like vaulting, jumping, hurdles and tent-pegging.
LIBRARIES Each section ( Sr. Mid .and Jr.) has independent well- furnished library which caters to the needs of the students under supervision of qualified Librarians. Central to the academic life of the School is the Main Library(Sr. Section). With its comprehensive collection of 30,000 academic and reference books and its wide range of journals and periodicals, it is both a serious working library and a peaceful place of study and recreation for boys of all ages. On the lower level of the building is a separate fiction section with its own comfortable reading room. Audio CDs, Music CDs, DVDs are available for borrowing. The Library incorporates a major computer network with filtered internet access, which is available for use by all boys throughout the week. A chartered librarian manages the library and there is always an experienced member of staff available to assist pupils. There are two separate rooms adjacent to the library, one for the staff and the other for the senior students. Students make very good use of the room for independent study and creative pursuits. The room for the staff is equipped with all latest journals, books and other reading materials.INTERNET FACILITIES School provides the facilities to have the latest information related to their subjects and references. School has dedicated internet connectivity and is accessible for 24 hours. The School also has Wi-Fi connectivity through out the school campus. The Server is connected to all the departments through LAN, Internet.
AUDIO VISUAL CENTRE
-The school has three well equipped Audio Visual Centres with all modern tools of educational technology in Sr, Mid. & Jr. Sections of the school. We have a well trained A.V. Centre Incharge to make the centres useful to all teachers and students.
TELEPHONE CALLS
- Parents and guardians are requested not to call frequently. If there is anything urgent, the call can be made to the Principal. There are three STD booths setup in three sections. Childern can avail this facility.
SWIMMING : - We have International level short course Swimming pool and Diving well. Swimming is compulsory from Classes IV to XII. At the end of the session we organize the Inter house Swimming, diving and water Polo competitions. We organize the Jhunjhunu District Aquatic Meet at our Swimming Pool. Our students participate in State, National and I.P.S.C. Aquatic Meets.
CONTEMPLATION GROUND (GODHULI)
On festivals the students assemble at the Godhuli Stadium in the evening. A brief talk by students and faculty members on various topics are a regular feature of the assembly. It is also the time for meditation. The students are trained to sit in silence for a few minutes and practice meditation.
RECREATION
- The school has 35 mm. Projectors. Educational as well as feature films in Hindi and English are screened on alternative Saturdays and Sundays. Excursion and local picnics are organised periodically.

LIST OF THE FOLLOWING WILL BE PROVIDE BY THE SCHOOL TO THE STUDENTS
Summer Dress - White half sleeves shirt, Grey trousers/short, Handkerchief, Grey socks, Black shoes (medium toe).
Winter Dress - White full sleeves shirt, Grey worsted trousers, Grey pullover, Blue blazer, Grey socks, Black shoes, White tennis shoes, Handkerchief.
Games & P.T. - P.T. shirt, Blue shorts, White socks and Canvas shoes, Tracksuit.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
As an extra help to parents, the school arranges as best convenient, the boys travel to the school at the beginning of the term and from the school at the end of the term. Usually escorted parties are taken to Delhi ,Mumbai , Howrah , Lucknow , Ahmedabad , Patna , Guwahati and Allahabad.
Escort arrangements are made on the presumption that all the students who go to their hometowns will return to school after their vacation along with the school party. They would thus be charged for the return journey also unless the student has taken permission from the Principal for some special reasons. Parents and guardians who are interested to include the names of their wards in Kolkata, Assam, Patna & Muzaffarpur Parties must deposit Rs. 4000/- along with the school fees in advance.
It must be made clear that there arrangements are undertaken by the school as a voluntary assistance to the parents and not as an obligatory duty. Although all normal precautions are taken, the school or individual members of staff will not be responsible for any inconvenience, loss or damage on these trips. Travel arrangements by air can also be made for Mumbai Calcutta, Banglore and Guwahati. Requests for the air travel must be received at the beginning of the term.
Travelling (School to Home/ Home to School)
All the boys travelling in organized school Parties escorted by Teachers, from school to have at the End of the term/ from home to School at the beginning the Term, must observe the following rules.
Rules for Travel - They will travel in School Uniform. - They will be responsible for their own luggage. - Boys must follow the instructions of the Teacher Incharge of the Party. - No boy should detrain/get down from the train/bus without the permission of his escort. - No boy should leave the station or meander away from the party without the permission of the escorts. - They must not walk away with their parents / guardians without the permission of the escorts. - Boys should travel light and not carry heavy luggage.
